    • Media (Profile Photo, Introduction Video).

    • By registering, you explicitly consent to share this information with potential employers.

  • From Employers:

    • Registration details (Name, Email, Company Name).

    • Payment information (processed securely via third-party providers like PayPal; we do not store credit card details).

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To Connect Users: The primary use of Worker data is to display it to subscribed Employers for hiring purposes.

  • To Improve Service: We use analytics to understand how users interact with our platform.

  • Communication: To send you updates, account notifications, or support messages via Email or WhatsApp.

4. Sharing of Information

  • Public Visibility: Worker profiles (excluding contact details) may be visible to site visitors.

  • Subscribed Access: Full Worker profiles (including Phone/WhatsApp) are visible ONLY to Employers with an active, paid subscription.

  • No Third-Party Sale: We do not sell your personal data to marketing agencies or unrelated third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures (SSL Encryption) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

  • Access & Edit: You have the right to access and update your profile at any time.

  • Deletion: Workers can request the deletion of their profile by contacting support. Once deleted, your data is removed from our live database.
