1. Introduction

Welcome to JobBridge Hub. By accessing or using our website, services, or subscription plans, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of Service

JobBridge Hub is a digital platform designed to connect employers in the Gulf region with job seekers (workers).

  • We are NOT a recruitment agency. We do not hire, sponsor, or guarantee the performance of any worker.

  • Our service is limited to providing access to a database of candidate profiles and their contact information via a paid subscription.

  • Any employment agreement, salary negotiation, or contract is strictly between the Employer and the Worker.

3. User Obligations

For Employers:

  • You agree to use the candidate's information solely for the purpose of hiring.

  • You must not resell, share, or publish the contact details of workers found on our platform.

  • You agree to treat all candidates with respect and abide by the labor laws of your country.

For Workers:

  • You confirm that all information provided in your CV/Profile is accurate and truthful.

  • JobBridge Hub reserves the right to remove any profile that contains false information or violates our policies.

4. Subscription & Payments

  • Access to worker contact details requires a paid subscription (e.g., "Employer Access Plan").

  • Fees: All fees are non-refundable once the service has been accessed (i.e., once you view contact details), as the digital service is considered "consumed."

  • Renewal: Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions may not auto-renew. You are responsible for renewing your access if needed.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that an employer will find a suitable worker, nor that a worker will find a job.

  • Verification: While we perform basic identity checks, we do not guarantee the authenticity of every detail provided by candidates. Employers are responsible for conducting their own interviews and due diligence.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobBridge Hub shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • The use or inability to use the service.

  • Any conduct or dispute between an Employer and a Worker.

  • Any errors or inaccuracies in the content provided by users.

7. Account Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms (e.g., spamming candidates, using fake data, or fraudulent payments).
